All Remote and Integral Cabinets delivered and installed by Eurofridge UK Ltd directly will come with 1 year parts and labour warranty only.
All Remote and Integral Cabinets sold to engineers or to customers through a third party will come with 1 year parts warranty only.
Any units sold as second hand will be subject to 3 months parts warranty only and is sold on a ‘sold as seen’ basis.
Exceptions to the warranty are as follows: Fabrication/Cosmetic items not notified as damaged at the time of installation/supply. Shelves, Baskets, Door Gaskets, Light Bulbs, Light tubes, Night Blinds, Consumable Items and Breakables e.g. Glass are also exempt from warranty. Lack of maintenance or cleaning by the customer will also void the warranty.
Any warranty claims made on condensing units will only be valid if proper maintenance and servicing have been performed by a qualified refrigeration engineer at the recommended intervals. Please check with the manufacturer’s guide for reference on maintenance and servicing. The warranty will be voided if the condenser is found to be in a blocked or dirty condition.
Eurofridge UK Ltd will attempt to carry out any warranty work as soon as is practical, however, there will be no requirement to perform works on weekends or bank holidays.
Engineers will follow customer/shop keeper/representative instructions as to how and where to perform delivery/installation work. In no event will Eurofridge UK Ltd be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any installation or delivery.
Any items returned will be applied a restocking fee of 25% which includes handling charge.
Neither Eurofridge UK Ltd or its insurers will accept any liability for any loss of produce due to faulty equipment or parts. It is the customers responsibility to have the proper food loss insurance in place.
All warranties will start from the day of delivery to the site and it is not transferable whatsoever.
Any technical information provided is supplied direct from the manufacturer or factory. All images, technical specifications and product descriptions can also be changed by the manufacturer without any prior notification. Eurofridge UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or changes with the information supplied.
It is the customers responsibility for dealing with and/or taking permission for any internal/external installations from all concerned local authorities to meet the legal requirements. If any permissions are necessary, it is the customers responsibility to ensure all permissions are taken and approved prior to any delivery/installation. Eurofridge UK Ltd will not be responsible whatsoever if any internal/external installations are advised to not comply with the rules and regulations of the local and regional authorities and councils.
